The focus was on UX and branding, along with a new additional service on the broker allowing for address verification.
These were among the key messages that our representative, Susan Kit Hansen, carried to ICE London 2024.
ICE is the global gaming hub for all B2B industry experts and the leading gaming technology event for business growth, development, and networking. All forms of gaming are covered at ICE, whether land-based or online. Many of the gaming providers who Signaturgruppen assists in implementing MitID for login and validation in their online services participate.
A number of important clients such as bet365, Tombola, Spillehallen, Tipwin, and Betconstruct have incorporated into their agreement with Signaturgruppen the ability to customize UX and branding around their MitID client.
These solutions are aimed at service providers who may have requirements for look and feel, branding, and the end-user journey into the self-service universe. The solutions offer full flexibility over the user experience and allow for customization of the user interface design on many parameters.
There are several basic layouts in the broker that define the page setup, such as a centered login box, vertical split, or top bar. Based on these basic layouts, the service provider can personalize the design with colors, backgrounds, spacing, fonts, and logos.
This means that when a service provider utilizes UX and branding, it ensures even greater credibility around their login. By incorporating elements such as a company logo, colors, or text, it becomes visually recognizable for the end-user, who can confidently swipe and approve the login to the service.

In addition to meeting with existing clients, Susan Kit Hansen also met with several new potential clients who already use MitID but could benefit from switching to Signaturgruppen's broker.
A handful of these new potential clients could see great opportunities in UX and branding, and Susan Kit Hansen expects to close several deals based on the customer meetings in London.
Signaturgruppen offers various basic layouts that the service provider can choose from, and it's easy for a UX designer to work with the setup of the branding in our admin portal.
You can switch between the different layouts as needed if you have preferences for different themes.
Going forward, Signaturgruppen's service providers will be able to ensure that customer identification data is accurate. As it stands now, there is no address information about an end-user in MitID.
When a user logs in with MitID, Signaturgruppen returns a so-called token with user information to the service provider. This data includes, among other things, name, MitID's unique identifier called "UUID," date of birth, etc.
Thus, Signaturgruppen has developed an additional service for the broker, where the service provider can have additional information about the end user added to this token. Additional use cases include "name," "surname," and "address."
