Exciting Development at Signaturgruppen: IN Groupe Acquires the MitID Business

We would like to announce that Signaturgruppen is now part of the French company IN Groupe, which has acquired the Danish MitID business, including Trust Services ApS and Signaturgruppen, from Nets. This new partnership opens up promising opportunities to strengthen and further develop our identity solutions and services for our customers.

As part of the Nexi Group, Nets has now finalized an agreement with IN Groupe on all terms, meaning that Nets’ eID business - including Signaturgruppen and Trust Services ApS - will now be part of IN Groupe’s extensive identity portfolio. Following the initial acquisition agreement in November last year, the two parties have now agreed to complete the transition.

Continued Operations and Development in Aarhus
Niels Frimodt Sørensen, CEO of Signaturgruppen, states:

Signaturgruppen will continue to operate from our office in Aarhus, where our dedicated team will ensure stable operations and ongoing development of our services for customers.
