We have extensive experience in implementing complex solutions with a focus on security, accessibility, scalability, and user-friendliness. We have worked on projects such as vaelgererklaering.dk/, borgerforslag.dk/, vurderingsportalen.dk/, and have implemented solutions for several banks and pension companies. We have also worked closely with Nets, the Danish Agency for Digitisation, the Danish Cybersecurity Centre, and KMD in the development of critical web applications.

We have broad experience in the implementation and testing of MitID (and previously NemID), Unilogin, SSO, signing, GDPR, data security, cloud services, and everything surrounding these areas. We can both advise and implement web solutions and apps.

We are located in Østerbro, in the old KTAS headquarters, where we have been designing and developing digital solutions for over 25 years. Until 2017, we were two separate companies: In2media, known for groundbreaking user-centered design, and Insilico, one of Denmark’s first app development houses, focusing on complex websites and security. In 2017, we were acquired, merged, and became Charlie Tango.

A core part of our DNA is that we were not born from either Tech or Design, but we are strong in both fields. That’s why the name Charlie Tango stands for Creativity and Technology. Today, we are owned by the Danish company KMD, with whom we collaborate on the development of many of their large and socially critical solutions, such as those within energy, life and pensions, and the public sector. In 2018, KMD and Charlie Tango were acquired by the Japanese company NEC (Nippon Electric Company). This gave us access to an inspiring world of Japanese design traditions and NEC labs, home to some of the world’s leading AI experts.

Our approach to designing and developing new solutions focuses on the sweet spot between people, technology, business, and the planet. This means we think user-centered and sustainably, fighting for smart, technical, and value-creating solutions. We never launch a solution without considering how we can measure its performance. This creates a foundation for future improvements. We work in teams with diverse expertise and highly value informality. It’s important to us that it’s fun to go to work.

IN Groupe's E-Ident service makes it easy to identify and verify customers and end-users electronically using a known eID, such as MitID and MitID Erhverv. The service also allows you to integrate this into your digital workflows, where there is a need to identify individuals or businesses.

IN Groupe's service provides access to the Nordic national digital identities (MitID, Finnish Trust Network (FTN), and BankID in Norway and Sweden), as well as apps and wallets in the EU. E-Ident therefore covers a wide range of international digital identities in a single broker solution.

E-Ident can be integrated with your existing services using common standards and also serves as a springboard to get started with digital signing and archiving. Additional services support your KYC (Know Your Customer) process and provide information about authorization rights: ID Verifier and ID-Rights.
